In Nebraska
I've been hitchiking for a few days and was delayed in Des Moines when
I couldn't get a ride out of anyone. I got some work while I was there
and got a few much needed dollars. I finally, kind of accidentally,
got a ride to Omaha and maybe even farther with a driver and his
fiance that are about my age. I've met some characters both truck
drivers and hitch hikers. I'm not very far but have had some great
experiences as well as some bad ones. I'm journaling almost everything
in detail so that I can remember it perfectly to write about later on.
I'm paying 20c/min to be on the internet and this machine is a
complete piece of shit. I think it has Windows 95 on it. I'll be
leaving here in the morning, I have a ride set up to atleast North
Platte NE or to Wyoming. Next time I get internet access with a USB
port I'll be uploading pics and videos.
